I'm crazy about french fries I'm excited to try this recipe. then maybe I won't have to give them up for months at a time to make up for all the the fries I eat!!

Why when my husband is gone can I not keep it together? I need Zanex, when he's gone. It looks like someone broke into my house!!

Sweater redo

We had pictures this last weekend and I always want to make something so this time I redid a sweater I've been holding on to just for this occasion.

 I seem to hold on to everything so I had a old slip that I removed the lace to use on the sweater. 

 I also had some other lace, that I wrapped around the collar.

       
I pinned it and sewed it.

 After I sewed the lace on I cut the sweater out inside the lace.

  
I added a patch on the sleeve.

   
Then I blanket stitched one sleeve.

 I would like to say that it was complicated but it wasn't. A quick hour project. I say take what you have and play with it!!

Always time for crafting

I really wasn't sure how to start my fist post. Should I post a sewing project or a yummy recipe.... How about my craft room!! Ok that's not really my craft room but what a perfect place to get your craft on. As my husband takes the boy skiing the baby and I hung out and I brought some stuff to be crafty. I did get some skiing in. All in all a great day. Crafts and skiing, just add a beer and that would be the cherry on top!!
